1. Replacements for Materially Flawed Items: We take pride in offering custom-printed products that are unique to each customer. If you receive a product that is materially flawed or defective, please file a claim by emailing us at along with a photograph of the defective item. We will review your claim and provide you with a replacement if necessary.

2. Returns for Other Reasons: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than a material flaw, please contact our customer service team. We are here to assist you in resolving any issues and finding the best solution for you. However, please note that there are certain conditions under which we cannot accept returns or offer refunds:

3. Order Modification or Cancellation: You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request modifications or a cancellation. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.

Damaged/Incorrect Order: While we strive for product quality and order accuracy, if you receive a damaged item, experience poor-quality printing, or receive an incorrect product, please contact us at Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue, and we will arrange for a reprint or refund.

5. Order Not Received: If your item has not arrived within 25 days for apparel products or 45 days for pillows from the date of your order, please contact us through our Contact Us page. We will either send you a free replacement order or provide a full refund, excluding errors in shipping information provided by customers.

6. Returns Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

7. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

8. Refunds: Refunds will be processed for the original price of the item, excluding shipping costs. Refunds typically take 2 – 5 business days to process once approved. This fee only applies when moving between these size groups.

9. Exchanges: We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at with your order number. U.S. customers will receive a return label, while international customers should print a Return/Exchange form and mail it back to us. Exchanges typically take 12 hours to process, but during busy periods, it may take up to 5-7 business days.

10. Gifts: If you received an item marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit upon return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

11. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your returned item is valued at over $70, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the item.
